This year 21-22 Apr LDz and LRN will host an important TAC summit organized by RailTech. In this context, the editorial team of the Summit has created the ‘Track Access Charges Magazine’ where associate professor of TU GrazStefan Marschnig, Executive Director of CER Libor Lochman and me express our view on TAC issues.
